The 365game Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 365game reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all gameplay voided, and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with our licensing obligations.
It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 365game Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 365game does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited. 365game makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction outside of those covered by its international gaming license.
To register a 365game Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and chosen payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the 365game Platform at any time. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 365game will close all accounts beyond the first registered account and void any bonuses or winnings obtained through the duplicate accounts. Repeated violations may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365game Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 365game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 365game immediately by contacting our support team. 365game will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your Account upon receiving such notification. Transactions completed before notification is received will generally be treated as valid.
You are obligated to ensure that all personal information held on your 365game Account remains accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delays to withdrawal processing or suspension of your Account pending re-verification.
All 365game Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, gameplay stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. 365game does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player's payment provider and associated conversion fees are not the responsibility of 365game.

The minimum deposit amount on 365game is PKR 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your account verification status, VIP tier, and the specific payment method selected. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of each transaction.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 365game Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during standard banking hours. 365game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking outages, or telecommunications failures.
Withdrawals are processed by 365game within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements. VIP account holders receive priority processing with a target turnaround of six (6) hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless explicitly authorised otherwise by 365game's payment team in writing.
Prior to approving any withdrawal, 365game reserves the right to request the following documentation: a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport), proof of residential address dated within three months, and confirmation of the payment method used. Withdrawals will not be processed until all requested documentation is received and verified to 365game's satisfaction.
365game does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors, banks, and mobile money operators may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely outside of 365game's control and for which 365game bears no responsibility.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 365game are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between general terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.
All bonus amounts credited to your 365game Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, the eligible game categories that contribute toward satisfaction of the wagering requirement, and the expiry timeframe within which the requirement must be met will be specified in the terms accompanying each individual bonus offer.
365game takes bonus integrity seriously. Actions deemed to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, exploiting low house-edge games to satisfy wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
All bonus offers carry an expiry period from the date of issuance. Bonus balances and any associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Player's Account. 365game is not obligated to provide prior notification of bonus expiry.
365game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted an active bonus will not have the terms of that specific bonus altered retrospectively, except in circumstances of identified abuse or technical error.
The availability of specific games on the 365game Platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, cricket betting markets, Ludo Quick, and Tower — may vary at any time due to technical maintenance, provider licensing changes, or regulatory requirements. 365game does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or market.
In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting gameplay — including disconnections, server errors, or game display failures — 365game will investigate the incident and, where possible, restore the game to the state immediately prior to the malfunction. 365game reserves the right to void any game round affected by a confirmed technical error. 365game's decision in such matters is final.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game categories on 365game. These limits are displayed within each game interface prior to commencement of play. 365game reserves the right to impose additional betting limits on specific accounts at its discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are identified.
365game reserves the right to declare any bet void where: the bet was placed on an event or outcome that had already been determined at the time of placement; the odds or game parameters were subject to a manifest error; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Stakes on void bets will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365game Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365game and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
365game's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
